WHIPPING
This was a sever punishment for small offenses, mainly for theft. It was also used if you cheated like a dice coggler. Depending on the area of the body that would be whipped, the convict would be tied to a pole either held by two men or a pole stuck to the ground. The ones affected by the crime would get to have control of the punishment along with the prosecutors, but it was very common for the public to join in on this punishment.
